Start a scrivener document.
Put in the following folders:
- Future vision for the project
- Present reality (and to do list)
- What the show is about
- What its influences are
- Characters (with sub-folders for questions you have about each character)
- A timeline for the series
- Episodes
- - with an outline
- - sub-folders for each scene
- - a Payoffs folder, for moments you want to incorporate later in the script
- - a Problems folder for all of the problems you are finding with the script.
